❌️ Controlling immigration
❌️ Dealing with a pandemic

Listen, I love Europe (the continent, not the dirigiste political bloc) &have many European friends but nothing the EU is doing is allowing EU firms to be fierce global competitors. You cannot shelter behind a fixed wall of an internal market & hope global 1/2

And it’s equally hard to say we are definitely better off out as well. The EU is not nimble I agree - neither is the UK government whatever colour it is.
