Liam Rosenior is the 4th permanent manager Clearlake have appointed at Chelsea. The previous 3 were handed contracts worth a combined 12 years, or 144 months. They only lasted a combined 2 years and 10 months or 34 months. How long do we think Rosenior will last under this ownership?

Really bad this one, probably increases the time Gittens takes to develop, but also means Neto needs to play more on the left
So either more Estevao starts (injury risks at that age + physically not ready) or Palmer plays more but he could do with more rest himself due to injury

All day I couldn’t really make sense of Palace signing Strand Larsen, with Mateta’s move falling through…
Despite Mateta’s struggles this season, surely you’d be better off collecting a larger fee in the summer, and signing a replacement at a less inflated price?!
But Mateta’s injury explains it…
Still think £48m is pretty massive for a player arriving in poor form, but needs must with Mateta’s out for months!

Aaron Anselmino was doing well at Borussia Dortmund.
Prior to injury he’d played the full 90 in 3 of their 5 Bundesliga games, the club were impressed with him, he seemed to be enjoying his loan.
So for Chelsea to recall him, not to play him, despite their difficulties signing a centre back this month, purely to send him to Strasbourg, a club where he won’t be exposed to the same level of football…
Just seems petty.
Reportedly it’s because BlueCo didn’t like their comments about signing him permanently!

This CANNOT continue against back 5’s, you can look at the results & say “we won so it’s clearly working” then wonder why we get picked apart in the future

Rosenior’s trying to get a 3-2-5 working but I think he’s learning quickly why Maresca switched the system without Colwill or Tosin
He starts Fofana CCB, doesn’t like it so uses Chalobah, doesn’t like it so puts Badiashile there, now he’s put Tosin there, 4 switches in 1 game😅

Credit to Maresca, he has a system that he’s proved works but has abandoned it (for now) due to missing key players to make it work, he’s not forcing the system for the sake of it Moving away from his 3-4-3 box system to a 2-3-5 as he’s missing his CCB options in Colwill & Tosin

Ayden Heaven.
He'd only ever played 1 senior game before joining United, and yet 11 months on, at just 19 years old, he's started their last 5 League games.
That level of pressure on someone so young... I think he's done really well.
