heartrate feels more regular the past few days and i'm sleeping better. just minor digestive issues at this point. will increase the dose a bit more next week, but i'm hopeful that my body seems to be adjusting to it.

i hope the side effects eventually subside as my body gets used to the meds, bc as much as the nausea and elevated/irregular heartrate sucks, the mental effects are noticeably positive. i feel like i have so much more energy and ability to focus; i've been so productive this week
