@terrorful79301 I think you'd be good at it and it seems like you would really enjoy it too. I'm pretty sure you'd have to recover first. you need your brain to be as clear as possible so you're less likely to make mistakes or miss something
do you believe in me becoming a detective ( profiler to be specific )
- i might start a criminal justice class next year
- i read a lot of forensics and psychology books
- when i graduate highschool i’m going to college with a major in psychology and minor in forensics
@r0ckstar4ngel yes. it's not about looking good. I feel like I take up too much space and I need to be as small as possible. plus I hate everything about my body and losing weight is kind of the only thing I can change
@st4rvingpeach it's 1400 but I don't count calories. counting calories made me binge. I have a pretty active job (10k+ steps per shift) and burn around 2100-2200 cals according to my fitbit so I don't feel like I need to be super strict on what I eat
@angelbones____ I did a lot of research (years) before I self diagnosed. I used that to start working on my issues on my own. I finally got diagnosed in 2023
ik most likely none of us have the greatest self esteem but i was wondering if for you guys, there are things you like about yourself? for me, i spend a lot of time trying to think of one singular thing i like about myself whether physical or personality and nothing…
Did anyone else have Rice Krispie cereal with spoonfuls of sugar on top for breakfast as a kid or was that just a my family thing. It was like a once a month treat but still
@ihatesohbriety the ward I stayed in wouldn't let me use my phone. be cautious with trying to make friends though. there's some people who are manipulative or abusive. just keep in mind that everyone there is sick
