I can remember when I first got into web development and I was learning Laravel. Query scopes blew my mind haha! Now, they're just a basic part of every app I work on. But, at the time, I was amazed at how much cleaner they made my code! I really like using the #[Scope] approach now to define them 😄

@jordankdalton @AshAllenDesign True, I think a lot of people stopped creating content because people are not consuming as much as before. I still love to write tho. I'm a columnist on @phparch, where every month an article I write is published, and this year I've been writing a lot on my blog.

I've been wondering the same thing. I noticed a drop in pageviews on my blog at the beginning of this year, and in all honesty, that pretty much killed my motivation to write new content. So I'm guessing it's a vicious cycle 😭 I'm hoping I get the motivation back soon, because I really used to love writing!
