@awcodes1 Sometime like that is on the way! Tricky part is allowing live previews of untrusted content safely but without latency. Works fine for Markdown pages. But is harder for Blade. But I feel for a CMS you would develop Blade locally, so it’s mainly important to preview Markdown.

@EmmaDSCodes My motivation is that I’d love to see a way to have CMS driven by Laravel that could support realtime previews for content editors, but serve static “pages” where appropriate. Definitely an interesting challenge.

Can't decide if you want to use HydePHP or Laravel? Use both! I'm doing a project where I want the convenience of using Hyde for content and HTML generation, but want to use Laravel for logged in features. So I just serve Hyde from Laravel. Works flawlessly with Laravel Cloud too

@aarondfrancis This is so true. But you get to 70% done in 10% of the time. But I feel like the last 10% take way longer when building on an AI built codebase.

When you're 90% done you're halfway finished. AI hasn't changed that part at all

This also lets me put placeholders in the HydePHP markup and have Laravel inject custom content for example if there is a logged in user.

There are two ways you can do this. One is connecting the HydeKernel into Laravel by requiring the package. I just went the simple route with having Hyde in a subdirectory and Laravel Cloud builds during deploy, and Laravel serves the HydePHP sites.

I'm working on some new sections for the Solo homepage and needed new illustrations. Instead of having Sol try to one-shot it, I had it build me a little studio. It can still access the raw SVG, but I also have knobs I can tweak. Now we work iteratively until it looks perfect!
