It is difficult for me to go to a gym. I have a 5-year-old and he doesn’t go to a Public school or daycare. I have a 14-year-old as well. I am not overweight, but I would love to get toned and fit. I used to be a gym rat. I was there every day, 3-4 hours a day. I don’t want to do that again, but as a mom that deals with anxiety and depression at times, I KNOW that exercise would help me out a lot. I would love suggestions. Do you have a favorite YouTuber? A great routine? My biggest problem is motivation and the inability to go to a gym every day.
