@Ryanair not only were your staff incredibly unhelpful, with no advice on how to get the bag back, but to then find out that it has been sent abroad leaves the situation feeling helpless. what are you going to do about this? Where is my compensation?
@ryanair secondly, to have my hand luggage taken away holding everything from my phone to all of my clothes, wallet, keys jewellery and other valuables has put my childcare job in jeopardary, with my boss attempting to contact me and having nothing to wear to work... #2
@ryanair I am disgusted. The way my luggage has been handled since my flight home from Nimes on Sunday is appalling. Having been asked to put my HANDLUGGAGE in the hold, then finding out that their was ample space to put it in the cabin was annoying. #1
