With the release of #Roblox's animation compositor, I can finally blend my movement animations together without it looking rigid and bad! Tested it with my run anims & platformer's swim anims. Was able to cobble this together in just a few minutes!

there is already ANPRs at some police vehicles as i know and i am sorry for my bad english but yes, ANPRs exist.
And you can use a killswitch already, like trucks where they can remotely disable the truck if they suspect something happened.
