The other day I couldn't help but shed a tear reviewing future product designs with the team. I'm really proud of how far we've come. Our first phone was 2022. It's really only been two years. We've got so much ahead of us. July 8 can't come soon enough. It's time to put another dent into this industry.

From one of my best smartphones (Android) to one of my worst phones (as of now). Reason behind: Battery health is the major issue in Phone 1, and it's not fixed with the recent updates (Nothing OS 2.5.6).

I had to charge my phone this many times today for a SoT of 5.5 hours. Idk how am I gonna survive with the Nothing Phone (1). As happy as I was during the initial 6-7mo of getting this phone in March 2023, now I suffer due its weird issues every single day.

After updating to Nothing OS 2.5.6, the battery life on my Nothing Phone (1) hasn't improved at all. I only got 3.3 hours of screen-on time on 5G. - 43 mins on the camera - 32 mins on X - 42 mins on YouTube - 40 mins on WhatsApp. All of this was indoors at a room temperature of 28°C, with location services off and brightness set to auto. My device is 15 months old, and I can definitely say that the battery life on the Phone (1) has drastically decreased after the Nothing OS 2.0 update. I used to get 5-6 hours of screen-on time easily on Nothing OS 1.5.5 or 1.5.6.

Nothing Phone (1) battery life after nothing os 2.5.5 It was good with the 1.5 versions , okay with starting 2.0 versions but now it's horrible.😵‍💫 Just 3.5hr of SOT on 5G data , no gaming, no camera usage, no outdoor usage 😵 @nothing what have you done to Phone (1).

@Technerd_9 @nothing @nothing @nothingsupport @nothingindia has only 2 phones and still unable to manage and yet @getpeid compare nothing with iPhone.

@nothing First fix your first product for which people trusted you. Follow iPhone steps in terms of performance and not. In forcing the previous version with issues so people switch to phone2 or leave nothing. @getpeid
