@Tataev @TataMotors @TataCompanies @TataMotors_Cars since 3 months I follow-up for my loaner amount and still it’s not received :as committed when my battery pack is damaged it’s in warranty service centre committed you get loaner amount! Follow-up multiple time no answer!

@Tataev @TataMotors I have Tata Nexon EV XZ plus variant! Car registered in 2022 My battery pack is damaged and my car in service centre since 27 Jan 26 to till date ! CRM team mentioned that we ordered new battery pack and still today my car is in service centre! Almost 15 days
