Spend hours in panic on phone to Australian travel agent overnight. Rebooked. Arrive at Cancun airport - one flight delayed, so rebooked again on new flight schedule to accommodate. Cancun - DFW - delayed, apparently some kind of pilot issues. DFW-SYD - delayed 5 hours. 3/

Getting to and from @WFPICCS in Cancun - trials and tribulations with @qantas and @AmericanAir Flight 1 - Melb to LAX - delayed by several hours Flight 2 and 3 (LAX - Miami - Cancun) missed due to previous delay. Rebooked by airline LAX -Cancun. 1/

@ors_gaw Unfortunately, many PICUs are far from this as well, @ors_gaw. We're currently doing a multi-method, multi-stakeholder study to explore this in Australia, and have started an international research interest group. Happy to chat if you're interested!
