Bought a *brand new* AirPods Pro 2 from @reebelo_apac 1w ago. Right earpiece didn’t work so it’s by bring it to Apple Store for repairs. guess what? The Apple engineer told me it was a FAKE!! 😱

Rec'd #airasia flight cancellation on 1 leg of SIN-LGK. Applied for credit refund of the LGK-SIN leg and @AVA_airasia canceled (& refunded) the ENTIRE round trip! 😡🤯 Its AI bot needs more work and I can't seem to find any customer service person to call??? #badservice

Booked @Fly_Norwegian @NorwegianUKI & charged S$48.3 for using credit card. PROBLEM was mine was Debit card which accordingly has No charge. Also found out since Jan'18, EU issued PSD2 which prohibits comps from charging card usage. 3 emails since 11Apr-no reply! #badservice
