Yet, we've seen a troubling trend where unelected judges seem to think they know better than the electorate. When President Trump tries to fulfill his campaign promises - whether it's about securing borders, revitalizing the U.S economy, or cutting government fraud and waste with DOGE - these judges step in, blocking his actions. This isn't just about policy; it's about the very essence of democracy. When judicial decisions overrule the democratic process, it's not just the policies of Trump that suffer; it's the will of the American people that gets trampled. This judicial overreach is a direct threat to democracy. When judges can unilaterally decide what laws can stand based on their personal or political views, they undermine the votes and voices of millions. It's not the role of the judiciary to legislate from the bench or to create policy. Their role is to interpret the law, not to dictate it.
