Probably the market is too small for this, but I would pay the full @ChessBase program price for a stripped-down-to-bare-necessities-for-professionals version.
Search, tree, engine integration, maybe 1 or 2 more options, but all working flawlessly.
Please somebody build it.

Here's a new 50 out of 50 ranking Charlotte can be ashamed of: Lowest turnout in a city election. I looked at the most recent municipal America's biggest cities. I couldn't find one with a lower turnout than Charlotte's 4.9% from Tuesday (4% if you include all registered voters)>
