Ideal setup for buying quality businesses: Lower Valuations + Higher ROEs + Higher cashflows/FCF Yield + Higher Dividend Yield All of these are in favour of IT Companies. What is not in the favour, is the narrative in the market. Is the narrative right or wrong, only time will tell but what is in our control is the entry point. And good high quality businesses are not available at cheap valuations unless there is high pessimism against it. The courage to go against the narrative is rare.
