This is Silbury Hill in Wiltshire, England This hill is one of the largest prehistoric man-made structures in the world, similar in size to some of the pyramids in Egypt. It was constructed in around 2400 BC. I care more about this man-made chalk hill than I care about Israel, Palestine, and Iran.
