@bookingcom You cant tell me to wait 5 days before my departure date when i have just received an email about my flight cancellation. If its confirmed that i no longer have a reservation with the airline, i have the right to hear from you so that we make alternative arrangements. Making me wait more than two weeks on a flight that has been cancelled is absurd and inconsiderate.

@bookingcom the support name is Sarah who initially acknowledged that the photos is different from the website and put down my phone abruptly even before my conversation ended. I have also shared images via email. I have videos for the stay as well.
