@AskFrontier Hello. I saw my bill is now $115 for one gig with the autopay discount. But EarthLink is offering the same for $60. Why double another provider? You offer $50/month for new customers. The price difference is astronomical. I love the service, but it’s too expensive.

@AskFrontier i already told you, i’ve done this privately multiple times. there’s no gold at the end of the rainbow, just my time wasted. if there were a deal for returning customers, you would publish it publicly just like you do for these new customer deals. but there isn’t, so you won’t.

@AskFrontier @AskFrontier Why are referrals through your Frontier referral program not being worked on or paid? I have submitted 5 referrals in May/June and it still says contacting customer. I know they were installed because I attended the installation!!! I have emailed Contact Us twice…

when our internet (Frontier) is down and you call to see if it's an isolated incident or a hub issue and they try to sell you "unbreakable internet for only $25/month" sincerely, get fucked. how about i just get internet i am paying for?!
