@AskFrontier Two weeks later - still paying and still no service! I was told I would be sent the hardware. Inexplicably, the order was canceled in the app. I called customer service, the staff apologized, and said it would be sent by today. It didn’t arrive today. @frontier what is happening?

@FrontierCorp That be great if my service worked. Your customer service support is non existent and your automated messages that just randomly make you an appointment for Monday are not helpful either. Anyway a service support person is available to actually talk to

@FrontierCorp I have been trying to get technical support for days. I finally got a hold of someone 3 days ago and a technician was supposed to come yesterday and never showed. I’m wasting another day trying to get resolution. This is the worst support ever received.

@AskFrontier I've had nothing but issues since signing up.The latest is a billing issue. The monthly amount is incorrect and the 6 month free promo was never put on my account. Customer Service is terrible. All they've done is try to up sell me to add other services

Unfortunately, my Internet provider (Frontier Communications of America (FCA), AS5650) does NOT implement BGP safely. Check out isbgpsafeyet.com to see if your ISP implements BGP in a safe way or if it leaves the Internet vulnerable to malicious route hijacks. via @Cloudflare

@FrontierCorp it sure why my 500/500 service goes down 2-3 times every day. When it comes back up it’s 80/60. Customer service is absolutely worthless. I’m going to start taking screenshots and file a class action lawsuit. Not getting what I am paying for.
