@FrontierCorp @Verizon Hey Frontier you dug up my yard in November and it still looks like this. The rest of the area got seed and straw the same or next day. You guys don't return calls or respond to your property damage form very well.

@FrontierCorp I got frontier when we got hit with two hurricanes in Florida because spectrum was down and didn’t know when it was going to come back up, from that point on till now I have called probably about 10 times because it won’t connect to my television , You gave me a shitty router.

@FrontierCorp Fios had an outage late Saturday night. It happens & rarely. The app says no outage while the chat says investigating an outage. Service was back in under 2 hours. Next day I get alert of known outage. 2 days later I get alert outage resolved. Need work on this.

Just fucking lovely @FrontierCorp A service tech came to my parents' apartment downstairs to fix their issue, but left ME without internet. And the tech didnt leave a business card to call him back directly. So now I'VE gota wait til Monday to get my internet back?!

@FrontierCorp @AskFrontier my telephone an internet services have been down since May 7th and my May 7th appointment was moved to May 8th and there’s been no appointment and the app said service would be restored on May 7th. Even says it now. Will I ever get my services restored?
