What a fabulous night we had yesterday at Rebirth of the Griot African Storytelling & Spoken Word Showcase celebrating International Women's History Month. A big thank you to our wonderful artists that filled the air with drumming, movement, stories, poems & songs.

Feeling proud today. Yesterday after 6 months of acting classes we made our debut in @Baptheatre "Welcome to England": A Windrushers 75th Celebration Sketch Show" to a full house @BGArtsCentre Thanks to our director @JJyabbas & @baptheatre team for bringing it all together.

It was "Black Woman Magic" tonight @rebirthofthegriot.. Thanks to our amazing storytellers that graced the stage tonight for our Black History Month Special . Special appreciation to Jennifer from Yahmo Food for giving us her delicious dishes for the event.

Had a fun time at Nottinghill Carnival yesterday soaking up the vibes...Next year though back in costume.
