Wife and I had to hire a company to represent our interests against Liberty Mutual after our house burned down. Cost us $116k to hire them so that we could claim the remaining $360k insurance owed us after the house burned down, and it still took 9 months after hiring them to finish wrapping up our claim.
Why am I spending so much effort ensuring my new house is resilient against fire? I will not be paying for insurance again.

State Farm Adjuster Panics The Second She Hits Record... Matthew from State Farm shows up for the damage inspection. Everything’s calm... Until he spots the flashing red light on her camera. He freezes instantly. “I do not consent to being recorded or videotaped.” The homeowner stands her ground: “This is my home. I’m documenting everything.” This is their SECOND inspection. The first adjuster was caught lying on camera — that’s why they’re back. Now this one refuses to finish the job the moment the camera rolls. This is highly suspicious behavior. If you’re not hiding anything… why shut down so hard the instant someone starts recording? 👀 What do you think is really going on here?

@LibertyMutual is an awful insurance company to deal with.. they purposely drag out the claims process. They advertise good service but fail to provide even basic updates. Avoid them if at all possible

@Jimjk2i @LexiBlackGlock We paid a specialist and the house tested pos for mold where the water came back up into the floors and cabinets. Waiting on them to send a check but they have to do another inspection first. I wanna sue the pants off Liberty Mutual. They caused our health issues. I just know it

I had to call it quits early yesterday as my headaches and dizzy episodes came back. Blood pressure is good. No idea why this is happening but I’m not a fan. Say a lil prayer for me if you have a second today🙏🏼

90% Disabled Army Vet family of 6 living in 900sqft with one bath and one small bedroom for 6months now. Washing machine flooded my basement and insurance continues to drag their feet on a $17k job.

Bullshit, when I owned a rental the city's water meter burst and flood it right after installing new carpet. Called Liberty Mutual and tried to get an approval to have a guy come suck all the water up and they said- That's not covered see page 37 of your policy. Insurance is a scam.

So.. @LibertyMutual is horrible… my aunt lost her home due to hail and they told her it wasn’t covered because as a result of the hail her basement flooded due to the pipe bursting and they are claiming flood .. don’t trust them they are the devils wzzm13.com/video/news/liv…

#Scamwarning .@Safecoinsurance was acquired by .@LibertyMutual. Their database must be hacked. I've got an email, phone call and very official looking letter that I now owe them an additional $1837. I pay in full for a year. So now I have to go report them to the state.

Dealing with @LibertyMutual after my mother passed away has been a nightmare. I sent her personal information over 3 times because they kept “losing” it. Corporate mailed a $24 refund check in my deceased mother’s name to my house after I specifically raised concerns about that.

@BayleyRose Mine is also work related. I’ve got a torn meniscus and the MRI shows it, but Liberty Mutual (company rider) doesn’t want to pay for the surgery because they think a meniscus can fix it back PT🤯
