@vintedUK does anyone actually work in customer services ? Iv tried time and time to get issues resolved and a bot just keeps replying and I’m getting no where! This is the worse customer service ever

@j_bryan33 @vinted Yes I ordered a product the person canceled and they said I will not get a refund and theres nothing I can do there decision is finial and to quit contacting them

@vinted What is your complaints procedure?

Been waiting for a refund from @vinted for over 7 weeks now, sent several messages and absolute radio silence - what is going on? I want my money back. How do I take this further?

@vinted @vintedUK Charged twice for an order. Waited 15 days as advised for it to be credited. Told to supply a bank statement of the 2 transactions. Then told to supply another 10 days of bank statements. Then told to get a written/signed letter within 48 hours from my bank!

Hola @vinted llevo 3 semanas esperando que me respondáis sobre una incidencia que ocurrió en el trayecto del paquete que recibí. Me solicitasteis fotos y las adjunté al momento, con el mensaje de que en 24h me daríais respuesta. AÚN NO TENGO NOTICIAS VUESTRAS.

Someone is using my address as a return address on @vinted . I’ve emailed Vinted twice about this but no response. Now some expensive items are being sent to my house as a return address, but it’s nothing to do with me…?
