I’m sorry, but Lindsey Graham dying out of the blue like this doesn’t make any sense at all. We have him on camera yesterday looking perfectly healthy. None of this is making any sense…

You might think that the Government are acting in your best interests: they are not. The amount in flour sounds so small that why would you worry? It is the cumulative effect - think how much stuff you eat has flour in it. Toast, pizzas, biscuits, cakes, cornflakes - the list is endless. The real danger is to men's health - it causes prostate problems but it also affects other certain groups. Please sign the petition.

"A lot of the organic flour producers were quite upset about that because it didn't feel right to them that they should have to put a chemical into organic flour." "And they got together and did what they could to oppose it, but they were just smashed down. And I think a lot of these organic flour producers aren't really clear on the science because why should they be right? so they just felt like they were powerless to stop something that was meant to be for the greater good." #MassMedication #SyntheticFolicAcid #DeniedInformedConsent Please watch the full video by Dr Clare Craig: ukmfa1.substack.com/p/dr-clare-cra… Please sign and share this petition, ensuring you click the email link so your signature counts: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/7695…

A man spent a year eating like Erling Haaland and the only side effect anyone could find was that it worked. He filmed the lot. Organ meat. Raw milk from a glass the size of a boot. Six fried duck eggs before most people have found their slippers. Grass fed ribeye. The full Norwegian striker routine, run by an ordinary bloke for twelve months, and by the end he had dropped sixty pounds, walked away from the junk he used to live on, and felt better than he had in years. Then the health desk arrived to explain why this was a tragedy. The write up, in a major outlet this week, actually prefaced the warning with the words as a health editor, I have to tell you. You can hear the training kick in. The man had just described getting well, and the reflex fired anyway. Whole foods, it conceded, are better than ultra processed ones, especially meats. Good. Correct. And then, without drawing breath: the science does not support eating this way long term, because red meat is linked to heart disease and certain cancers. That word linked is doing the heavy lifting, and it is the entire trick. It comes from the studies where they hand people a questionnaire, ask them to remember how much bacon they ate across a whole year, then follow them for a decade and tot up who falls ill. The heavy red meat eaters in those studies also, without fail, smoke more, drink more, move less and hoover up the whole ultra processed funfair around the meat. So the steak stands in the dock for crimes committed by the beer, the chips, the sofa and the forty a day. Ask why the flinch is so violent and you find forty years of professional pride at stake. Careers, guidelines, food pyramids and entire charities were poured into the saturated fat theory. The same experts who marched a nation off butter and onto margarine cannot now watch a man thrive on a ribeye without reaching for the smelling salts. The food that was quietly finishing him off never troubled a single one of them. The steak that pulled him out has a whole profession clutching its pearls.

Millions of pregnant women were pumped full of the synthetic estrogen DES told it was perfectly safe The result for their sons? A small survey of DES-exposed men found 77% identified as transgender, intersex, or gay It’s no accident Gender confusion = lifelong drug dependence

What can I put in canned green beans to improve their flavor? I hate them, but we're on a budget and have plenty of them.

The Government has shut down the petition on including folic acid in food products (mainly flour) by responding to the petition. The government is being negligent in taking this action. Time to flood the inbox of your MP. Folic acid causes cancer of the prostate. Stop buying products with this additive: commercial pressure will have more effect. #response" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">petition.parliament.uk/petitions/7514…

So an average person will ingest 175ug of folic acid a day when it is added to flour. It is recommended for pregnant women at a rate of 400ug per day. It's of no use to others and may be dangerous. The number of neural tube deaths does not warrant government mandates of this type.
