@clemss148 @naskokoo The Nigerian land laws says all land belongs to Govt. and they can collect it anytime including structures built on it but they must pay compensation fee. This is what Wike is using. But the compensation fee is not fixed and they can give you whatever value they place on it.

Wike entered a site in katampe with bulldozer and destroyed an ongoing project. My friend, an engineer working at the site plus the investors fell sick immediately till now. Project worth a billion. Money gone. All the paperwork was complete! I designed it.

1. Wike is not as strong as he used to be in Tinubu’s eyes and he knows.

@HAHayatu BAT is a lucky man, he doesn't need much strategy for 2027 because Atiku's perpetual desire has already given him an edge. Every rational Nigerian knows that it's the turn of the South till 2031. Fielding Atiku is as good as declaring BAT the winner before the election.
