@easyJet @easyJetholidays I’m currently in Berlin on your package holiday, due to fly home on Monday but flight is cancelled due to industrial action with no communication as to how we will get back home. Can’t get through to your customer services, can you please advise asap?

@stormychrissy @easyJet Hi Stormy Same case here: I’ve just called the easy jet customer service which seems to be the only company not aware of the closing of the Berlin airport on Monday. They told me to wait for the cancellation. I see that they still sell tickets for Monday… this is unacceptable

@easyJet my wife is due to fly to Berlin on Monday, but Berlin are saying that there will be no flights landing there on Monday due to industrial action, and they have informed airlines. Your flight tracker claims your flight will still operate. Can you please explain this?
