وزیراعلی پنجاب مریم نوازشریف کے ویژنری اقدامات کی بدولت پنجاب میں ماحولیاتی تحفظ کے ایک نئے دور کا آغاز ہو چکا ہے۔ کلائمیٹ ریزیلئنٹ مٹیگیشن پلان 2024 کے تحت ماحولیاتی بجٹ کو 3 بلین سے بڑھا کر 16 بلین روپے کر دیا گیا ہے۔ جبکہ جدید ترین انوائرنمنٹل پروٹیکشن فورس اور ہاک آئی مانیٹرنگ سسٹم کے ذریعے 9000 سے زائد صنعتی یونٹس کی لائیو نگرانی اور بھٹوں کی ڈرون فوٹیج و QR کوڈنگ یقینی بنائی جا رہی ہے۔ فصلوں کی باقیات جلانے کے سدباب کے لیے 6000 سپر سیڈرز (ہدف 40,000) کی فراہمی، 4 لاکھ سے زائد گاڑیوں کی جدید انسپکشن، ای-بائیکس و ای-بسوں کا اجراء اور سیف سٹی کیمروں کے ذریعے خودکار چالان جیسے انقلابی اقدامات سے نومبر 2025 میں لاہور کی فضائی آلودگی (PM 2.5) میں 56 فیصد ریکارڈ کمی دیکھی گئی ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ 4 لاکھ کلو پلاسٹک کی ری سائیکلنگ، ہسپتال و ای-ویسٹ قوانین کے نفاذ اور ہر ترقیاتی منصوبے میں 1 فیصد کاربن آفسیٹ مختص کرنے تک، ستھرا پنجاب مشن صوبے کو ایک سرسبز مستقبل کی جانب گامزن کر رہا ہے۔

وزیراعلی پنجاب مریم نوازشریف کے ویژن کے مطابق میگنیفیسنٹ پنجاب کے بینر تلے صوبے میں سیاحت کے شعبے کو جدید خطوط پر استوار کرتے ہوئے پہلی بار پنجاب ٹورزم اتھارٹی کا قیام عمل میں لایا گیا ہے جس نے بکھرے ہوئے اور خستہ حال سیاحتی مقامات اور محکمے کو ایک چھت تلے متحد کر دیا ہے۔ اس نئی اتھارٹی کی قانون سازی کے نتیجے میں مخصوص ٹورزم فورس تشکیل دی گئی ہے اور تمام سائٹس تک رسائی کے لیے ون ونڈو آپریشن متعارف کرایا گیا ہے تاکہ سیاحوں کو مکمل تحفظ اور سہولیات میسر ہوں۔ ٹورزم ایکسپو میں کی جانے والی حالیہ پیش رفت کے مطابق آرکیالوجیکل سائٹس کی بحالی کے ساتھ ساتھ کوٹلی ستیاں میں پیرا گلائڈنگ کے احیاء، گلیمپنگ پوڈز، واٹر سکینگ اور جیٹ سکینگ جیسے ایڈونچر ٹورزم کے نئے منصوبوں کا آغاز کیا جا رہا ہے جو پنجاب میں سیاحت کے ایک نئے دور کی بنیاد رکھیں گے۔

Big announcement: Punjab to establish a 50 acre , first of its kind #PunjabFilmCity in Lahore bringing the glory of filmmaking back to Lahore and Punjab. Conceived nearly two years ago and shaped through continuous consultations with filmmakers, producers, and actors, this unprecedented project will create a sovereign, end to end pipeline for content creation in Pakistan. Punjab Film City will feature world class studios and sound stages, advanced VFX and post-production labs, diverse backlots with a central lake, a purpose built convention hall for international award shows, integrated media trade hubs, and a film & music school along with dedicated safety and emergency response infrastructure and a vibrant entertainment district. سپیکر قومی اسمبلی سردار ایاز صادق سے ملاقات میں پنجاب کی تعمیر و ترقی کے انقلابی اقدامات پر گفتگو ہوئی، سردار ایاز صادق نے وزیر اعلی مریم نوازشریف کے "ستھرا پنجاب" اور 60 شہروں کے لیے تاریخی ڈویلپمنٹ پیکیج کو بے حد سراہا۔ تعلیم، صحت اور ماحول دوست الیکٹرک بسوں جیسے منصوبے صوبے میں جدید خوشحالی کی بنیاد رکھ رہے ہیں۔ مریم نواز کی قیادت میں پنجاب کا ہر ضلع مساوی ترقی کا گواہ بن رہا ہے، جو عوام کے اعتماد کی اصل جیت ہے۔

وزیراعلی مریم نوازشریف کے وژن کے مطابق پنجاب میں زرعی انقلاب کی بنیاد رکھ دی گئی ہے۔ ہم نے زراعت کے بجٹ میں 50 ارب روپے کا تاریخی اضافہ کر کے اسے دوگنا کر دیا ہے۔ 22 ہزار گرین ٹریکٹرز کی سبسڈی پر فراہمی، 8 لاکھ سے زائد کسان کارڈ کی فراہمی اور سولر ٹیوب ویلز جیسے اقدامات کا مقصد کاشتکار کی لاگت میں کمی اور پیداوار میں اضافہ ہے۔ سموگ کے تدارک کے لیے 6000 سپر سیڈرز کی فراہمی اور میکانائزیشن پر ہماری خصوصی توجہ ہے۔ تھل کے لیے کلائمیٹ ریزیلینٹ پروگرام اور جدید ایگرو پراسیسنگ یونٹس سے ہم فصلوں کو خام مال کے بجائے عالمی معیار کی تیار مصنوعات میں بدل رہے ہیں۔ زرعی گوداموں اور کولڈ چین کے جال سے اب کسان کی محنت ضائع نہیں ہوگی۔۔

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s vision to transform barren land into productive economic zones is gaining strong momentum. Key progress is visible in Sargodha, Ali Wala, and Shah Garh shrimp farming projects, Punjab’s first major step toward a Blue Economy. Sargodha: 118/126 ponds complete, 92% embankments, 116 tube wells, 365 acres cleared, infrastructure and warehouse (90%) progressing. Ali Wala: 90% of 1,267 acres cleared, 642/737 ponds done, drainage 91%, 317 tube wells complete. Shah Garh: Water 90%, electrification 95%, roads 97% complete. This is Punjab’s first government-backed scientific aquaculture initiative. With suitable water conditions, 114 kg daily feed, and encouraging expert reports, the project shows strong potential for export-quality production. This initiative will revive barren lands, create jobs, and boost exports, positioning Punjab as a future aquaculture hub.
