It is hard to be a full time hands on mom (of younger kids), in the sense of the word and be a full time career woman. Almost impossible. You will burn out.

This is Salam, just under 7 months old and suffering from serious acute malnutrition. Yesterday, UNRWA health teams were giving her emergency treatment. Sadly, Salam died later in the day.
