California counts ballots received 7 days AFTER election day. It takes a MONTH to finish counting. It's obviously corrupt and insane but for years those of us who pointed this out were smeared as 'election deniers.' Now the New York Times agrees: California's "system has failed. Its benefits are close to nil: Turnout in California has fallen further behind the national average since the state changed its rules. And the costs of the new system are real. When elections are quickly decided, it builds confidence in the democratic process. When uncertainty lingers for days, Americans wonder why government today can often seem less competent than it once was... "The changes have not accomplished that goal. Consider: In 2012, when ballots had to be received by Election Day, 0.5 percent of ballots were rejected because of lateness — and the share was an identical 0.5 percent in 2022, when the grace period was seven days. How could that be? As any college student (or journalist) knows, human beings tend to procrastinate until a deadline. The longer grace period led more voters to mail their ballots later. "California exacerbates the problem by using an onerous process for confirming signatures on mail-in ballots and taking days to count many votes. As a result, outcomes remain unclear for days... "California’s leaders are making a mistake that Democrats have made in a range of policy areas over the past decade. In the name of laudable goals like equity and access, they have adopted policies that may initially sound sensible — in this instance, trying to protect every mail-in ballot — but that end up being counterproductive because they undermine the government’s effectiveness. GOP California Gubernatorial candidate Chad Bianco’s @ChadBianco border policies are becoming weaker by the day. First, Bianco pledged to protect illegal aliens and promised NOT to work with ICE @ICEgov. Now, BLM Bianco, as Steve Hilton @SteveHiltonx correctly nicknamed him, is calling for a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants. Bianco said if he becomes Governor of California, he will influence the President and Congress to get on board with giving citizenship to all of the illegal aliens in our country who said they came here “for a better life.” There are over 65 MILLION illegal aliens in the United States! The organization refused to disclose how much of their screening revenues came from California public schools. California Governor Gavin Newsom and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, are the dream team. He runs the state and she’s a nonprofit founder, entrepreneur, and filmmaker. Siebel Newsom, through her non-profit The Representation Project, has released four films advocating gender justice. The films are leased for screenings to individuals, corporations, and schools, and come with their own lesson plans. Schools spend between $49-$599 to screen these movies to children. Jennifer Siebel Newsom is credited as a writer and director on each of these films. Two of the movies feature Gavin Newsom himself, and many of the lesson plan activities are oriented toward engaging children in social and political activism. Because of Gavin Newsom’s role in these films and because licenses are sold to schools which the governor is responsible for funding with tax dollars, auditors at OpenTheBooks.com felt the organization deserved further scrutiny. Who’s Watching? 2.6 million students in 5,000 schools According to The Representation Project’s Impact Report (2011-2021), the organization’s film curricula are being used in over 5,000 schools in all fifty states. The Representation Project claims over 11,200 copies of the curricula have been distributed, reaching more than 2.6 million students. Tax records show that since 2012 the nonprofit has generated $1,483,001 in film screening revenue, although it is unclear how much money came from schools versus other sources.
