Oh, and they were doing it from the 16th century up until WW 2. And had they succesfully annexed Finland, they'd kept on doing it.

I don’t know, but I assume that a continent as vast as Africa must be rich with stories of its own heroes and their epic adventures.

@Barthemeus @konigdergojim Heimosodat was a bunch of volunteers helping Estonians and Ingrian Finns to fight Bolsheviks (the latter of which ended in the genocide of the Ingrian Finns by Soviets) as part of the Russian Civil War. Not a landgrab or invasion.

@konigdergojim Both Poland and Finland started military invasions against USSR two decades before WWII. Ended up successful in that, getting a good landgrab. Every victim easily turns into an imperialist if the opportunity comes by. Geopolitcs, man.
