@augury_ @astoundconnects Yep. Switching to Verizon Home Internet. It's a shame that they are ok losing long time customers rather than match the price they are offering to new customers. I can't see it as a net win, but whatever.

Like clockwork, I have called @astoundconnects waited exactly 30 min to be connected to a rep, I start describing the issue to the rep & then they hang up. It's happened 4 times in a row tonight. This is how they design customer service. This is INSANE!

@astoundconnects Can you provide more details? It has been out in my part of DC for almost 48 hours. For 48 hours every time ive called ive only been told "it will be fixed in 2-4 hours" For those of us that work from home, this is problematic. Not getting any actual details is also pretty bad
