@Nell_McAndrew Whilst the vast majority of runners are being sensible & extremely fortunate to (still) being able to improve their 'wellbeing' from getting out by running alone etc., I feel so sorry for #VI #VisuallyImpaired runners who don't have same opportunity due to needing a #GuideRunner

Really grateful to be able to run outside still. I’m following the guidelines given out by health professionals. Focusing on running on my own (although tend to do that normally) Keeping my distance when passing anyone. Using exercise for well being. How are you getting on?
