There are times when you are just waiting—refreshing, checking, hoping for something new. That waiting affects your thinking. No matter how inactive the system is, your mind becomes stuck in it. Out of nowhere you are hoping for new updates. New jobs. New opportunities. That can become reason enough to come back to it. It is kind of funny, but it really says something. It isn't about action to keep people engaged. It can be the expectation. So, the big lesson: When something is expected to happen, the silence isn’t enough to disconnect people. @XOOBNetwork
