I'm being taxed on money I never made. Let that sink in. I bought my property outright for $210,00 in 2020. Now the county says it's worth $575,000. Did I sell it? No. Did I make a profit? No. Did I get a check for $575,000? No. But my taxes jumped like I did. That's the problem. This isn't income. This isn't cash. This is a number someone decided on paper - and now I'm being billed for it. If my stock portfolio doubles, I don't pay taxes until I sell. If my income doesn't increase, I don't magically owe more income tax. So why does owning a home work differently? Why am I being taxed on unrealized gains? A house isn't just an investment - it's where people live. And this system means you can do everything right, pay off your home, and still get squeezed harder every year because of a number you never turned into money. You don't truly own something if you can be taxed out of it. This isn't about "services" or "inflation." It's about being charged for value you never received And people are starting to notice." Plus your insurance triples based on a government made up number. They are screwing everyone. Renters and homeowners.

5 killed & 10 wounded in Chicago weekend gun violence. April totals so far: 27 - shot and killed; 110 - shot and wounded; 137 - total shot. No sign of the Governor, Attorney General, Mayor, President of the Cook County Board. They don’t want to stop the bloodshed. Thx @w_h_thompson.

It should’ve never been an option. The Chicago Skyway was completely paid for in the 1990’s but tolls were never eliminated which is the problem. Once a tax goes into place to pay for something the Illinois politicians lick their lips knowing that it will never go away even after the project is paid for.

🚨 WOW: JB Pritzker’s "blind trust" was invested in Facebook while he handed them an $80 MILLION data center subsidy. We’re picking up the tab for data centers while he gets richer.

@k_ovfefe2 The US did nothing to help Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty in 2012 when they were overrun by terrorists in Benghazi Libya. Obama and Clinton sent no rescue. Thank God for Trump.

The most epic, successful military operations of my lifetime have been run by a real estate mogul-turned-reality TV star and a Fox News host. Were the "experts" even trying?

Your doctor will never prescribe peptides. Not because they don't work... Because they work TOO well and Big Pharma can't profit from natural amino acid chains. Here are the 7 most powerful peptides on Earth (and how to use them safely):🧵 1. Semaglutide (Ozempic).

According to a senior administration official: Prior to locating the WSO (Weapons System Officer) and the US military’s daring rescue, the CIA first launched a deception campaign spreading word inside Iran that U.S. forces had already found him and were moving him on the ground for exfiltration out of the country. While the Iranians were confused and uncertain of what was happening, the Agency used its unique, exquisite capabilities to search for -- and find -- the American airman. This was the ultimate "needle in a haystack," but in this case it was a brave American soul inside a mountain crevice, invisible but for CIA's capabilities. The CIA immediately shared the WSO’s exact location with the Pentagon and The White House. The President ordered an immediate rescue mission, which CENTCOM executed with boldness and precision, with CIA continuing to provide real time information.

😔Bummer @DarrenBaileyIL won. Oh well, I’m guessing in November the networks will call the race for Pritzker in 2 seconds instead of 3 seconds. Either way … Illinois is in for another crappy 4 years under the Pritzker regime.

Dear Democrats, Since you've made it crystal clear that requiring an ID to exercise a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT is "disenfranchisement" and "the new Jim Crow," I have a proposal. The Second Amendment is a constitutional right. Voting is a constitutional right. You claim requiring ID to vote suppresses people from exercising their right. Okay. Then requiring ID to purchase a firearm suppresses people from exercising THEIR right. Same logic. Same constitution. Same argument. So here's my challenge to every Republican in Congress: introduce a bill TOMORROW that eliminates ALL identification requirements for purchasing firearms. No background checks. No ID. No waiting periods. Nothing. If Democrats truly believe that ID requirements prevent citizens from exercising constitutional rights, they'll HAVE to support it. Right? ...right? Watch how fast they twist themselves into pretzels. "Well, THAT'S different because—" No. Stop. It's not different. You don't get to argue that an ID requirement is an unconstitutional burden on ONE right but a perfectly reasonable safeguard for ANOTHER. That's not how the Constitution works. Either ID requirements disenfranchise people or they don't. Pick one. And let's be honest about what's really happening here. The party that created Jim Crow literacy tests, had a former KKK RECRUITER in Robert Byrd filibuster the Civil Rights Act for 14 hours, and segregated federal offices under Woodrow Wilson is now telling me that Black Americans can't figure out how to get a free government ID. India scans fingerprints for 1.4 BILLION voters. But apparently Americans are too helpless to show the same card they used to buy Sudafed on the way to the polls. The SAVE Act passed the House requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote. Democrats fought it tooth and nail. Why? What POSSIBLE reason would you oppose verifying that voters are citizens unless you NEED non-citizens on the rolls? Quinn's Law #2: "If you want to know what liberals are up to, pay attention to what they accuse conservatives of doing." They scream "voter suppression" while fighting every measure to secure elections. They're not protecting rights. They're protecting a system they can manipulate. So I'm dead serious. Put the bill on the floor. No ID for gun purchases. Call their bluff. Make them explain why an ID requirement is tyranny at the ballot box but common sense at the gun store. I'll bring the popcorn. But what do I know? I'm just a guy who thinks constitutional rights should be treated equally — not selectively — depending on which ones the left finds politically convenient.
