I have ordered Samsung 301L Double door refrigerator and it was delivered on May 18th. It says open box delivery which means I should receive OTP to share the delivery guy once the product has delivered and verified at customer place. But I didn't receive any OTP....

Flipkart doesn't allow me for replacement of Refund. This is new scam from flipkart in the name of open box delivery. Delivery guy has to delivery the product and verify the product in front for customer. Once it's done customer has to share the OTP to close the delivery.
