@9PurpleGhost4 @RealJohnWalter It’s all good. There’s a lot of sweats who play regionals and major events and it’s pretty clicky at my local shop. Also my friends were new like me, I needed veteran help and I got it. It wasn’t groundbreaking but easily worth $5 an hour to go over basics I didn’t know otherwise

@9PurpleGhost4 @RealJohnWalter I did all of that and without someone explaining to me what I was doing wrong I had no way to figure out my mistakes. And no I have gone to plenty of LGs and unless you ask and even if you do most players I played will barely tell you anything about your gameplay after.

@AtDeanp @RealJohnWalter And you coulda just watched some free vids, practiced some live, or attended a local league where most players are eager to help. Cool that it went to charity tho.

@9PurpleGhost4 @RealJohnWalter When I first started playing the first few months I sucked and I paid a few bucks out of pocket that went to charity for some coaching sessions and it made a difference in my gameplay where I went from losing mostly to winning. Most competitive games have some kind of coaching.

@RealJohnWalter I once called someone out that was bragging on here about being coached into winning a CUP. And when I did he still didn't understand 🥲 Like bro, paying someone real money to teach you a game designed for children should be at least a *little* embarrassing, on top of that...cup
