The laboratory is both a technical system and a clinical service. Leadership should reflect that reality. Not one profession over the other. But two domains, clearly defined, working together under structured governance. Is this too difficult to understand?

I Hope whatever the plan is, it’s not to sit deep and just invite pressure, because once you do that against a side like Barcelona, you’re basically playing into their hands. Because the moment you accept being pinned back, you’re no longer dictating the game… you’re just delaying the inevitable.
