Certain minorities exist within senatorial districts and some within constituencies that may never feel state or federal powers except at such levels(Senate/Reps). But if this view were to be agreeable, let us jettison zoning everywhere and anywhere overall. Knowledge should trump experience in legislative matters. Those interested in positions should be acquanted with relevant knowledge for that position as they continue to nurture ambition. Some first time senators have really done well. Oshiomole is an example. He has been quite vocal and his contributions on the floor have been topnotch. While the institution of the legislature continue to exist, those interested in becoming lawnakers should not hesitate to study legislative affairs. Experience would not mean much without primary knowledge.

Why Seniority is an Asset in the Legislative Arm of Government There’s a difference between change that sounds good and change that actually delivers results. In legislative houses, continuity is not a weakness; it is a strategic advantage. Unlike the executive arm where term limits are necessary to prevent abuse of power, the legislature operates on a ranking and seniority system. The longer a member serves, the more influence they gain; not just in title, but in real, tangible power: • Leadership of key committees • Priority in budget negotiations • Stronger voice in oversight and policymaking • Greater ability to attract large-scale projects to their constituency A first-time legislator, no matter how brilliant, starts from the bottom. They must learn the ropes, build alliances, and earn influence over time. Meanwhile, a ranking member already sits at the table where critical decisions are made. This is not theory; it is how effective legislatures work globally. In the United States Congress, for example, many members serve for decades. Why? Because their experience translates into power, and that power translates into development for their districts. So when a constituency keeps changing its representatives every cycle under the banner of “it’s someone else’s turn,” what often happens is this: 👉 They reset their influence to zero. 👉 They lose committee positions. 👉 They weaken their bargaining power. 👉 They reduce their ability to secure major projects. That is not progress ; that is starting over, again and again. Now, let’s be clear: the desire for change is valid. Democracy thrives on accountability, and no seat should be a lifetime entitlement without performance. But wisdom lies in balancing change with strategy. If a legislator is effective, rising in rank, and delivering measurable results, replacing them simply for the sake of rotation is not fairness — it is political naivety. Your representative in the legislature is not just a voice; they are your negotiator, your lobbyist, your power broker. And in that arena, experience is currency. Ranking is leverage. Continuity is influence. The real question is not: “Is it someone else’s turn?” The real question is: “Who has the capacity, influence, and positioning to deliver the most for us right now?” Because at the end of the day, representation is not about sentiment; it is about results. Think twice before replacing a ranking member with a rookie; except the ranking member is ineffective and bad at his job.

First the one to talk with insults and expect to be ignored. Not me ignoring you idiot fellow. I would crush the idiotic mentality out of you till you learn to talk and address people well. You are only a sub-medical personnel and you are coming here to argue like the fool you are about a profession that was birthed in the ancient universities.

The laboratory is both a technical system and a clinical service. Leadership should reflect that reality. Not one profession over the other. But two domains, clearly defined, working together under structured governance. Is this too difficult to understand?

I think you are a very stupid girl. Is this how you talk anyhow wanting to get people to deceive and act as a Doctor. You can't act as Doctor because you are not qualified to do so. You are simply an impostor who want to do more than she is qualified to do because you are deluded. You will now be met with serious insult from now on if you do not desist. In real life you would obey the Doctors' command, even that of the most junior Doctor if you are a professor of whatever sub-medical course you studied as far as it is concerning the scientific and medical care of humans. You be idiot. Na me you wan gag. Big ode. I won't ignore you little simp here because you would be crushed from this space.

The entire gamut from diagnosis to management is the turf of the Doctor. You can't cause obstruction because if you do, that would be you overreaching and overrating yourself and it amounts to brinkmanship. You would only count the drugs prescribed for you to dispense. You no serious.... You want to treat people through the backdoor. Who would allow you? Where is the competence. You no really serious.

Most people would naturally assume wrongly if you do not properly introduce yourself. This is critical in all walks of life and much more in the health sector.

Every man eventually discovers that competence is the only real stabilizer of self-esteem; no amount of praise, affirmation, or philosophical comfort can replace the confidence that comes from knowing you can produce results even when conditions are hostile.

You be ode. Check the all the comments. You can only deceive yourself. But I am here to prevent you from deceiving other people with your semi-knowledge. There are many others like me here to curtail you from telling people you can treat them when you are not a qualified Doctor. We dey here dey watch you. If you do oversabi again ehn.... We know people like you and they bamboozle people. Stay in your limited lane and work within your limits. Never you say again that you can treat people.
