Jeff Bezos: "If I do my job right, the value to society and civilization from my for-profit companies will be much, much larger than the good that I do with my charitable giving."

Unfolding as expected. The cycles reign supreme. Traders literally act as the cycles dictate. Gone is all bullishness talk this morning. 😊 What to say now? #itoldyouso ? But too late for that now.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Iran and the U.S. are suddenly inching closer to a deal after weeks of threats, tanker standoffs, and fears of a wider regional war. Iranian media says the latest U.S. proposal has “reduced the gaps” between both sides, which is great news, and Trump says talks are in their “final stages.” But he also warned if the U.S. doesn’t get the “right answers,” military action is still ready to go. At the center of negotiations is Iran’s nuclear program and control of the Strait of Hormuz, one of the most important shipping lanes on Earth. That one waterway moves a huge % of the world’s oil and energy supplies. Even just threats of conflict there send oil prices soaring. After multiple calls in recent days between Trump and Netanyahu, the IRGC has threatened strikes far beyond the region if attacks were to resume. Gulf leaders, including Saudi, Qatar, and the UAE, are reportedly urging Trump to avoid escalation and secure a deal instead. Everyone is trying to stop the next phase from ever starting… Because if these negotiations collapse, the Strait of Hormuz may turn from a pressure point into a truly calamitious economic crisis.
