@Support I have just created an X user account but it states I need parental consent to access the account? I'm 50! I tried creating a 2nd account making sure my DOB was absolutely correct and the same thing happened. What do I do now?

@Namecheap hi, how seriously do you Namecheap take Mail Spam sent from IP numbers you own or from your own mail servers?

@Namecheap I tried completing your online form to report Abuse / SPAM but it's flawed, if you specify "opt-out requested" as "No" the next field which is marked as required "Date opt-out requested" therefore it will not let me submit the form!

@Atomicsprite We treat reports about spam from Namecheap servers with the utmost seriousness. Please let us know if there is a ticket ID of your abuse report.
