Macs at night.🌛 I took this picture on November 21, 2024 at 12:12AM after testing the OpenCore Legacy Patcher 2.1.2 update. Sadly you can see delamination starting on the 2014 15” Retina.

I agree with many who’ve said that this year’s macOS beta releases, with Apple’s focus on refinement, are the best I’ve tested in years! I still want to caution users against upgrading their main devices. Golden Gate beta 3 caused some issues for both standard users & enterprise

@ToxicAppleDocs It runs snow leopard so well! Anything high and it starts to lag a bit

@cnewton_ky That was my thought also. Like if this sat outside somehow and it was just sun damage? But more and more it is looking like it heavy smoking damage? If so the insides would be a mess :(

I feel like this poor thing needs to be saved. What a cruel way to go out. This would be an amazing restoration project for someone. If it was nearby I would save it.
