Conference Call Takeaways 🟣 Q1 performed exactly to plan - Costs well below expectations and production ahead of expectations 🟣 CRS continues to be a key differentiator for Amerigo🟣Management believes that, when including performance dividends, the implied yield is too high and should normalize through further share price appreciation – reflecting their view that the stock has meaningful upside potential. 🟣 The slight ~$1.8M increase in 2026 annual capex guidance is primarily ARG getting ahead on inflationary pressures seen as a result of the Iran War. As well as ~$400K of optimization engineering studies being pulled from the 2027 capex budget forward into 2026. 🟣 Estimates an increase of diesel costs by $1M in 2026 (50% increase), a small change due to the limited diesel used at MVC’s site (only 5% of annual energy consumed is from diesel).
