Most events collect feedback. Very few turn it into revenue. I’m building @AttendeeBuzz so #EventProfs can turn attendee feedback into: • Higher sponsor renewals • Better NPS with less guesswork • More repeat attendees • 2–5× more survey responses Early access is now open 👇 🔗 attendeebuzz.com or reply “buzz” 🐝 and I’ll DM you.

@lvphil Love seeing galas extending the experience beyond the ballroom with at-home bidding. Are you tracking satisfaction separately for in-person guests vs. remote participants? That split can reveal some really interesting insights.

@SNXS_ae So true. In places like Dubai especially, it’s logistics + experience + compliance + tech all layered together. Curious — do you include post-event feedback strategy in your checklist as well?

@CenTexPlanner AI-powered 3D previews are a game changer for client confidence. I’m curious — are planners also using AI or digital tools to measure guest experience after the event? Design is step one. Data is what makes the next one even better.

@AdamBowman29915 @DataHaven_xyz As an event planner, your tech stack is basically your safety net. I’m always curious — beyond storage, are you also tracking attendee feedback and satisfaction data in the same ecosystem? That’s usually where the real long-term value sits.

@tatyanaali824 Love seeing curated networking events like this. Out of curiosity, how are you capturing attendee feedback after the brunch? Those smaller, high-trust events usually generate the most insightful open-text responses.

@tizeti Reliable connectivity is so underrated in event planning. One WiFi issue during a keynote can tank both the live experience and the post-event feedback. Are you seeing more corporate clients prioritising dedicated bandwidth specifically for hybrid sessions?

@SPLY_Inc It’s always interesting to see how expos like this measure success beyond just footfall. Are you looking at lead quality, session engagement, or attendee feedback as well? A lot of organisers are starting to compare session-level satisfaction to see what actually drives ROI.

Your event doesn’t need “more data”. It needs fewer answers with higher confidence. If your feedback report can’t fit on ONE slide: • what worked • what didn’t • what we’ll change …it’s not helping the next edition. #EventTech #EventProfs

@EveryLifeOrg Director of Events roles like this are hard to get right. Hybrid + virtual + policy-facing audiences all have very different success metrics. Curious how you’re thinking about measuring attendee satisfaction across those formats?

@NFTRW_Feed Venue Event Manager roles at this scale are no joke. Balancing artist needs, crowd flow, safety, and ops across high-volume shows takes serious systems thinking. Curious what Insomniac values most here — on-the-ground experience or process-building?

@clash_otb That’s a great way to frame it, a season, not a series of one-offs. When participants carry their identity across events, engagement compounds instead of resetting each time. It also makes post-event analysis much more meaningful over the long run.

@AttendeeBuzz Great question — that continuity is the hard part. We don’t treat events as one-offs. Players have a single profile, so when they play at different venues or cities, it all counts toward the same journey and leaderboard. It turns a roadshow into one connected season👏

@onceuponasaga @EmiratesLitFest That comes through clearly. Audiences tend to respond instantly to honesty - especially when it’s grounded in real experience rather than a polished narrative. It’s often the biggest differentiator between a “good” talk and a memorable one.

@builtbynil That’s actually the right instinct. In event tools, abstract concepts like MCP only really matter once you picture real organisers clicking things under time pressure. Understanding the mental model first usually saves a lot of painful rewrites later.

✅ Day 3/100 (3 Feb 2026): Building an event planner app with ChatGPT App SDK + Eventbrite API Today I didn’t ship code. I slowed down to understand MCP because building without understanding creates fragile systems. Will back to building tomorrow :)

@builtbynil That’s honestly the best way to start. Most solid event tools begin as “let me just understand this” projects before they turn into something real. If you do decide to publish it, real organiser feedback early will save you a ton of guesswork.

✅ Day 2 (2 Feb 2026): Build an event planner app using ChatGPT App SDK + Eventbrite API Yesterday I was stuck on the API key 😁 Today I fixed it... now I have a working fn() that creates an event! My next step would be setting up the MCP server...

@gabriel_kubalak That makes total sense. Those are fundamentally different jobs: • speed + discovery for “plan something now” users • depth + precision for planners working with venues and BEOs That’s usually a strong signal to branch early rather than rely on AI inference.

@AttendeeBuzz I'd say needs vary pretty significantly, with some people looking to plan an event and find a venue quickly, and some people being bonafide event planners for venues looking for full BEOs ETC

As I create Eventriloquist, an AI Event Creator, I am confronted with multiple user flow decisions: Do I prompt user to answer if they are A. A professional Event Planner, B. A casual event planner, or C. a Venue, or should I just let the AI guess from chat context? Tech is fun
