Genuinely curious where people actually come up with this retarded idea of "wypipo didn't bathe". Bathing is not an invention, it's a natural human practice that every culture has done since the beginning of time. It's an automatic human instinct like eating or temperature regulation. Even the most primitive of peoples knew to splash off in a river or lake. The human body instinctively dislikes being dirty because it's unhealthy. The claim is doubly ludicrous because Europeans had bathhouses and plumbing centuries before Africans. Large swathes of Africa are not even on par with Bronze Age European civilizations as of today.

In March of 2023, a self styled “Goon Squad” of Rankin County officers kicked in the door of a Braxton, Mississippi home and tortured Michael Jenkins and Eddie Parker for nearly an hour and a half. They beat and tased them, used racial slurs, sexually assaulted them and shot Michael in the mouth. This was not a rogue unit acting in a vacuum. For years, families in Rankin County and across Mississippi have reported raids, beatings and humiliation at the hands of law enforcement with little to no accountability. The “Goon Squad” case simply forced the country to look at what Black residents have been saying all along. This post is not about shock value. It is a reminder that this level of violence is still possible whenever police operate without real oversight, transparency or consequences. If this could happen to Michael and Eddie just a little over three years ago, it can happen again. We need to stay informed and amplify their stories, and always demand structural change. Most apartment complexes bank on the fact that you won't look past the leasing office. I’ve been fighting a systemic UTI (a direct result of living in a contaminated home) and trying to keep this from hitting sepsis which can lead to death in as little as 7-14 hours. I have a spinal cord injury, but my baseline has always been perfect health. I have NEVER gotten a UTI. And having a respiratory crisis paired with a UTI because of a sewage-contaminated home is literally life threatening. Bruce McNeil went to a Buffalo Police Department precinct in 2019 to lodge a complaint against two officers who stopped him for no reason. They handcuffed him and put him in the back of their patrol car. After searching his vehicle, they let him go. Shortly after, McNeil went to lodge the complaint and was told he'd be arrested if he continued. The officers claimed they found crack cocaine in the back of their patrol car where they stashed McNeil during the search. McNeil had no crack cocaine. The officers had planted it. The prosecution tried to scare McNeil into accepting a plea deal – but he refused. The prosecutors dropped the case because they didn't want to place the two officers under oath. But it didn't stop there. One of the officers pulled McNeil two more times and handcuffed him. "I heard you didn't accept the plea deal," he allegeldy told McNeil. Now, the city is going to pay McNeil a $700,000 settlement. But the officers involved are still employed even though they have had other complaints lodged against them for excessive force.
