@JocastaMoney Everyone who voted Labour in the 2014 GE is culpable. They endorsed, facilitated, were complicit in, enabled and are now as guilty as all of government, backbenchers and civil servants in the r*pe, abuse and ki**ing of little girls, teenagers and women in this once great country

What sin did English women commit that this is our fate? These crimes are becoming more violent, more frequent. This isn't normal. Every day I wake up and read about another gang rape. In a musuem, a park, a church. We can't go on like this.

@SandyofSuffolk @LordoftheSplash Geneva a fortnight ago. Packed entrance halls, not because of EES, but because only one out of three passport control points were working. Took an hour and a half to get through. Elderly and young children desperate for toilets were let through by a kindly security man.

A friend has booked her winter India 🇮🇳 holiday already. She goes every year for 3 months starting mid December. The cost? £5,000 for her and her husband. This includes all flights, even a flight to Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 for a week or so, accommodation that's not too shabby - hotels with swimming pools and air con - all food and drink. And she loves a cocktail. Or six. 🍸🍹 My Tenerife fortnight over Christmas and New Year is not far off that price (sorry pensioner haters, suck it up). 🤣 I just wish I could endure the long flight to India ✈️ but 4 hours to Tenerife is enough for me and it's not that I hate flying; it's the uncomfortable seats with not much legroom (unless you pay silly money for better seats), the cabin crew constantly floating up and down the aisle bashing into your legs, the loud announcements - because don't we all need to buy a watch and lottery ticket at 6.30am. 🙄 And if that's not enough, it's the captain telling you something, constantly, over loudspeakers that are so muffled you've no idea what he's saying. The toilets where men have splashed everywhere, little Tarquin (age 6) whose head keeps bobbing up in front of you asking what you're watching and what you're reading. Incessantly. 😡 And it's not just Tarquin (age 6). It's his cousins (Taylor age 2) constantly kicking your seat and her sister (Demi age 5) whining "Are we nearly there yet?" at least 10 times while you're still on the runway at Stansted. While mum and dad snore softly. And there's always a screaming baby. Always. 🍼😡 And of course you're wedged into a seat next to the one person who hasn't yet started the weight loss jabs and whose damp flesh spills over into your personal space. 🤢🤮 And when you get there after you've waited an hour for your luggage that the baggage handler has just thrown onto the buggy breaking its wheels, you have the interminable wait on the transfer coach while Brenda and Brad from Bridlington (or Bude) come strolling up saying "Sorry to keep you all waiting but there was a queue in Costa" because they couldn't manage a 45 minute drive to the resort without clutching an overpriced coffee in a cardboard cup. So 3 months in India sounds a fabulous and cheap way of avoiding the long British winter. 🌨️🥶 But it'll be Tenerife again for me because, you know, flying. 😜

What I don’t understand is why giving away The Chagos Islands was so very important to Keir Starmer. Maybe I’m naive or something. But I don’t get it. It eludes me.

@HJB_News__ Blair started this; Starmer actively promotes, enables and encourages it. In between, politicians were blind to the problems they were complicit in. And they're all so protected in their bubble of complacency, wealth and self-congratulation at destroying this once great country.

@marklevinshow And Charles III and Prince William, the heir to the UK throne, continue to peddle the lies about a religion of peace despite the evidence before them. What fools they are. Our late Queen (God bless her soul) must be turning in her grave.

@marklevinshow They celebrated this little girl's brutal, savage murder. They continue to celebrate it, worship those who murdered her and rejoice in the slaughter of innocent children just because they are jewish. First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people; they will come for us all.

Spent just a few minutes looking at this beautiful young child and think about what was done to her and who did it. Then realize there are people on this site and podcasters who defend it.  Even celebrate it.  Many of whom are offended by the president’s posts but not the monsters who brutally extinguished this little girl’s life in the name of “resistance.”
lelemSLP@lelemSLP

"I'm just a girl, I have school tomorrow!" Liel Hetzroni (12) begged Gaza monsters to let her go. But Gaza monsters murdered her. It look forensic archeologists 6 weeks to identify her. All that remained was ash and bone fragments. They call it "resistance".

Hello Twitter. Boomer here. Just stopping off at my w/e retreat before jetting off to my Spanish villa for a couple of weeks. Then it's back to the castle which I've been heating all winter. Oh, and thanks to you all for paying my state pension; I use it to top up my wine cellar.

Pensioners get free prescriptions. Pensioners get free public transport. Pensioners get their benefits locked. Pensioners get “OAP” discounts at most establishments. 1 in 4 Pensioners are Millionaires. Young working people get fucked, taxed, and then fucked again.

For the retired people in the comments claiming "I paid more than my fair share". Actually, most of you didn't. You're being subsidised by me, my peers, and the children we won't be able to have.

PSA: Pensioner Spending is the single largest line item here - *£160bn*. More than half of all benefit spending. More than NHS England, or all NHS Providers. Want to pay less tax? Reduce the benefits we give to people who’ve had an entire life to prepare and save.

@Aliscottish @blaiklockBP @Sargon_of_Akkad Our chdn are in 30s, the very “young people” demographic to which you refer. They won’t need to elect to take a state pension. Everyone six months out from the age of entitlement receives a letter. You then have to respond positively to receive it. Everyone can choose not to.

@AttonSusan @blaiklockBP @Sargon_of_Akkad And that’s great so why do they need state pension benefits then? And why on earth does it need a triple lock? That’s insane growth young people are on the hook for. Let alone the demographics are out of whack since pensions were introduced.

@Aliscottish @blaiklockBP @Sargon_of_Akkad Pensioners are not the “rich”. The “rich” are all those who use every advantage of their education, work hard, are good stewards of their income and make sensible fiscal decisions. And I count all our four chdn in that definition.

@AttonSusan @blaiklockBP @Sargon_of_Akkad It was a tax like everything it all goes into the same account and gets spent like everything else. You can’t have an “insurance” that’s not funded by anything. And you are right they spaffed it up the wall so why should young people pay the rise and subsidies the rich?

@MattPachent @riversorare Tks. So “traditionally” would be the way of determining a “millionaire”. This would averagely exacerbate the north-south divide. Very few pensioners in the south would qualify for a state pension due to house values. Would this mean an annual valuation of ALL pensioner houses?

@AttonSusan @riversorare Traditionally, it's ALL net assets, liquid and illiquid. So someone with a paid off £1m house but zero pension or other savings assets is a millionaire.

Timeline is full of pensions chat and all the young right wingers are starting to sound like the worst IncomeSocialists and insisting it must be "means tested". Has any actually defined what that means? Take someone with a hopefully mortgage free house worth maybe £600K. They are assuming that state pension will have risen to about £20K p/a. And that they will cobble together enough from private pension savings of say £3-400K for say another £20-30K p/a. So £40-50K p/a retirement. Not great. But not bad. Should they assume that the state pension will be stripped and they will just get £20-30K. Meanwhile the person without any pension savings will still be on £20K? You see we will end up with the same problem that people already complain about: wage compression will become pension compression. People will go on about the millionaires who dont need the pension. But thats not what will happen. In practice, to actually save significant money, the means testing will start low and your middle income earner will get fucked over all over again.
