My biggest heartache and pet peeve in Delhi. Nothing rolls here before late afternoon. Morning starts at noon and people start responding only about 2 am. This is not Delhi I know. I studied in Stephen’s. Miranda was next door. When we said 8 am, we meant 7:50 am. This culture of tardiness has crept in from somewhere only now and it is annoying and irritating.

यह सौरभ तिवारी है, जो आजमगढ़ का रहने वाले हैं। इनके पिता सरकारी नौकरी करते हैं।
हर महीने जब पिता का वेतन (सैलरी) आने वाला होता है, तो अधिकारी उसे रोक लेते हैं। सौरभ कहना है कि- अधिकारी रिश्वत मांगते हैं। उन्होंने 25 लाख रुपये मांगे थे। जब सौरभ ने पैसे नहीं दिए, तो अधिकारी नाराज हो गए और हर महीने सैलरी रोकने लगे।
सौरभ ने हाईकोर्ट में भी केस किया था। कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया कि सैलरी तुरंत जारी करो, लेकिन अधिकारी कोर्ट के आदेश की भी नहीं सुन रहे हैं। इससे परेशान होकर सौरभ एक दिन DIOS कार्यालय के बाहर आत्महत्या करने पहुंचे हैं।
