The @delhivery delivery and pick up service is extremely pathetic. I have order which has been stuck to failed to deliver due to partner is unable to connect. How can they not connect even before trying, its been 2 days. They had one job to do and they are unable to do that.

@Portronics I bought a mouse and got a faulty one. I raised a replacement request as per policy, but the support says they will pick up the product but its been 2 weeks since and no one came to pickup and i am stuck with the faulty product. The service is very pathetic.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Its been almost 24hrs, since my broadband PON line is down. I keep on receiving message it will be resolved by 5:30 then it says by 11:30, and yet it is not working. It is getting worse and affecting my work.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I did a port in to Airtel and now i am able to see the network for SIM but my plan is not activated. The executive who did all the process asked me to pay Rs.299 for the initial that will come with sim, but there is no details available for recharge

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I did port in my number to Airtel and was supposed to start working on Tuesday Midnight but i tried plugging in the sim to my device but it is showing no range at all and no update from airtel also if MNP is completed or not.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have been facing broadband connection issue since yesterday and it is again down since morning, i have been waiting for resolution but nothing is done amd even my complaint was closed without updates or confirmation. This is really not ethical

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I just did a recharge for my xtreme fiber and the money is deducted, i can see receipt on the thanks app and got messages, but still the balance and expiry date is not updated. Please help me with the issue

@Airtel_Presence The services were restored for about 20mins and again it is LOS, its really irritating and there are no updates at all
