I’ve reached out to customer relations several times & all we have received is $200 flight credit each (which is the reimbursement for the flight itself). PLEASE can you do anything to help us? This was a stressful situation right at the holidays! We need our $ back for our baby!

We quickly scrambled to book a flight at an airport THREE hours away as we were trying to head home to a funeral. Had to book on another airline and it cost us $863 for two one way tickets home. Absolutely insanity. We are just out of college with a baby on the way!
