I booked a Tata Nexon Diesel in the first week of March with a promised delivery timeline of 45 days. I am now being informed that delivery may extend to the end of April, with no clear confirmation.
This delay raises concerns. Is it due to external supply disruptions, or an internal strategy of overbooking without matching delivery commitments?
As a customer, I expect transparency and adherence to timelines. Uncertainty after commitment reflects poorly on customer experience.
Request you to, provide a clear and confirmed delivery date
• Explain the reason for the delay
• Ensure faster allocation of the booked vehicle.
