A group of our Transition Year students are hosting a coffee morning for the retired community of Crosshaven and the wider area on Friday 26th April in our newly renovated school library. This will form part of their SVP social justice project it will take place from 10am-12pm.

👏 Ballinhassig Village Association take home our first South Cork award of the evening at the Mayor’s Community Awards This community group raised €15,000 to fund the development of a walkway, playground and seating area, turning a site provided by Cork County Council into a fantastic community amenity which hosts community events throughout the year. #CorkCountyAwards24

🚫Point Road Crosshaven - Weight Restriction to under 3tonne vehicles. 🚫 Because of ongoing emergency road works , until these works are completed. As a precautionary measure in the interim, #CorkCountycouncil has decided to impose a temporary weight restriction on the road.

⛔️ Point Road Crosshaven- an area of the road has been underminded. Unfortunately, there are other areas on the road that are also underminded. Coastal Erosion is one of the issues, with the largest coastal coastline area under #corkcountycouncil.
