Toronto Life reports that Toronto has 238 construction cranes in the air. The most in North America. The next closest city is Seattle with 51. That is a lot of condominiums!!

@vickyrobinbaum There is no simple answer. Each condominium has its own set of rules but generally no commercial business can be conducted in the common elements or units of a residential condominium building.

Hi @AudreyLoeb - could you possibly provide the section in the Condominium Act where it states owners can't operate a business in a shared space. My concern pertains to conducting personal training in the gym. Also, are there precedents ? Any help would be appreciated.
